Charlotte M. (Charlie) Ponticelli is an international consultant with 22 years of US Government experience, including as Deputy Under Secretary for International Affairs at the US Department of Labor and Senior Coordinator for International Women’s Issues at the US Department of State.  She is currently a Senior Fellow at the American Council on Women, Peace, and Security and a member of the US-Afghan Women’s Coalition now led by the Bush Institute in Dallas, Texas.  Having served as a prison ministry volunteer since 2014, Charlie is a member of the Order of Malta and a board director with Gatekeepers.
